- 1.I am using winXP, what format file system I should use? FAT16/ FAT, FAT32 or NTFS?
By default, Windows XP uses the file format FAT32. However, most of the current digital devices don't support FAT32 or NTFS and are actually designed to read FAT16/FAT. It is always recommend to reformat your card to FAT16/ FAT. NOTE: Formatting will wipe out all data currently stored in the card. Some digital cameras might require you to format the flash card using the cameras' own format utility. Please visit the camera manufacturer's website to download the manuals.
- 2. bought a 256MB SD Card, but it show only 239MB,where is the other 17MB?
Some file system must be put in each Card, this file system will take some room so it will be show 239MB for the 256MB cade.
- 3. my machine can¡¯t read the card.
Maybe the FAT form is not same as your machine's FAT form.please try to format the card by your machine. If still not read the card,please put the card into card reader to format by FAT.
- 4. What will make our data loss in my card?
Two reason make the data loss:

move the card when it be reading or writing.

Read and write the card when the votiage is very low.
- 5. if the card take into the water,how can we do?
Make the card dry and be sure the card is dry when you use it again ¡£

- 1.1. how can we use the USB Flash Drive under the WINDOWS95/WINDOWS NT4.0 system?
The USB Flash Drive not support windows95/windows NT4.0 system,please update your system to Windows98 or up.
- 2. 2. the write protect is useless,you can write in when the write protect key be ¡®OFF¡¯

- 3. 3What should be attention when plug&draw the disk?
1¡¢ when the light is flashing quickly,not unplug the disk for it is working. 2¡¢ not drawing it immediately after you plug it into USB Port.the OS need at least five seconds for reaction.
- 4. if USB Flash Drive take into water,does it can be used normaly?
Make it dry and it will be use normaly within 4-5 days.(make the USB side downward).please don't use it before it dry.
