Palmdigi RMA service terms

Dear custom,

Thanks for your select palmdigi products,For protect your legal right,we take the follow customer service promise,it including change and repair, consultation, special remind and explain, we will try our best service for you if you need.

Change and repair:

  1、 change new goods within three monthes!if our goods have performance problem within 3 monthes from the date of you bought the goods,you can choose change a new one or repair the problem parts.if you wand change a new one,please send the RMA back to palmdigi company,we will change a new goods for you.

  2、 free repair within one year--if our goods have performance problem within one year from the date of you bought the goods,please send the RMA back to Palmdigi company. We will inform you and send the repaired goods to you after we repair it.
Remark: for the details of change and repair,will do as the contract signed by both side.

Consultation:

  1、 If you have any problem when you use our products,please send it to support@palmdigi.com , our service engineer will give you professional explain.

Special remind:

  1、 in the follow condition, we can't supply ^change and repair ̄ service. You can choose not free service.
   Beyond the time of ^change and repair ̄
   Not as the manual to use, maintenance and keeping the good
   Not caused by palmdigi company service office and their persons
   Not sold by Palmdigi company
   Problem Caused by force majeure
   Other problem not caused by palmdigi company design, produce and quality control.

  2、 please copy the important data in cards before you send them for repair, in vote loss when we repair it. Palmdigi company are irresponsible for any data loss when we repair them.
